You send photos of the yard through the form or by text, and we send a price in under 2 hours, based on the space it'll take in the truck (minimum $170, labour, transport, and disposal included). We confirm a time slot, often same-day when the schedule allows, 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm. On the day, our own crew (Pavel, Mickael, or Justin, no subcontractors) picks up everywhere on the lot, loads up, separates the wood, metal, green waste, and appliances to the right partners, and sweeps before leaving. The price quoted up front is the final price.

FAQ: yard cleanup on the South Shore
Do you take branches, wood, and green waste along with everything else?
Yes. Branches, cut trunks, pulled hedges, and old deck wood go out in the same load as your patio furniture and odds and ends. Green waste goes to recovery and clean wood to recycling. That said, we charge a volume of material, not mountains of loose soil or sod by the shovel: if that's your need, show us in a photo and we'll adjust the price.
I don't know how much space my yard will take, how do you give a price?
You send 3 or 4 photos showing the whole lot and the big pieces, and we estimate the truck fraction it fills (from 1/8 up to a full 10-cubic-yard truck). You get a clear price in under 2 hours, minimum $170, all included. We confirm it on site before loading and hold it to the end, no surprise minimum.
Can you also demolish the old shed or rotten deck while you're there?
Yes, that's common in a yard cleanup. We can take down an emptied shed, an old deck, a pergola, or pool fencing and load it all in the same visit. Mention it when you send your photos so we plan the time and the right price from the start.
