Do you offer cleanouts after water damage or a fire?

Can you come fast? I'm worried about mould.

Do you do drying, dehumidifying or decontamination?
No, and we'd rather tell you straight: that's the trade of disaster-restoration companies, with their industrial dehumidifiers and treatments. Our role is the cleanout: getting everything that's lost out, fast and clean. We're glad to coordinate with the crew already on the file so we show up at the right moment.
How much does a post-disaster cleanout cost?
The price follows the space in our 10-cubic-yard truck: $170 for a single item, $345 for a quarter, $545 for a half, $835 for a full load, labour and disposal included. A flooded basement usually runs 2 to 4 truckloads, quoted as a flat package before we start. The price is confirmed before we load, even in an emergency, and it holds to the end.
Not everything is ruined. How do you decide what goes?
We don't decide, you do. We only load what you point to, and anything that can be cleaned, claimed on insurance or kept is set aside. When in doubt, we keep it: better one extra item in the garage than a keepsake gone in the truck. What's clean and still good can go to donation, with a receipt.
