Construction debris removal on Montreal’s South Shore, professional service priced by volume.
You just ripped out a kitchen, redid a bathroom or tore down a deck, and now there's a mountain of drywall, shingles, old cabinets and wood offcuts sitting on the property. We come load it all by hand and leave with it, no dumpster rental, no repeated trips to the drop-off. You show us the piles, we fill the truck, and your job site is a clean workspace again the same day.
What we haul away during your construction debris removal
- Drywall, plaster and gyprock torn out of walls and ceilings, dust and offcuts included
- Construction lumber: 2x4s, plywood, MDF, trim, old flooring and subfloor
- Asphalt shingles, felt paper and roofing debris after a re-roof
- Tile, ceramic, grout, old countertops and kitchen or bathroom cabinets
- Concrete, brick, block, patio slabs and stone (reasonable amounts given the weight)
- Deck boards, fencing, pergolas and dismantled outdoor structures
- Old doors, windows, frames and finish wood
- Insulation, mineral wool, ducting, piping and leftover plumbing or electrical
- Bags of offcuts, cardboard boxes and packaging left behind by the trades at the end of a job
How your construction debris removal works
Send us photos of the debris piles (or a quick call) and we give you a price in under 2 hours, based on the space it takes in our 10-cubic-yard truck. On pickup day, the crew loads everything by hand, including what's in the basement, upstairs or behind the house, and we sweep the area before we leave. We then sort the wood, metal and construction debris to the right recovery streams, and the leftover residual is disposed of responsibly. On price: light materials (wood, drywall, cardboard, old cabinets) are charged by the space they take in the truck; heavy, dense materials (concrete, brick, tile, plaster) also factor in weight and disposal fees, because the sites charge by the tonne for that material. You get the full amount upfront, no surprises.
Why bring us in for your construction debris removal
A dumpster means paying for empty space, waiting on delivery, loading it yourself and dealing with a parking permit. We show up with the crew, load by hand, and you only pay for the space your debris actually takes in the truck (minimum $170, price confirmed before we start and held to the end). The guys on your job site are the three owners (Pavel, Mickael, Justin), we carry liability insurance, and we route wood, metal and construction debris to recovery instead of burying it all, about 80% diverted from landfill. For contractors and renovators, we come back to the site at each stage (after demolition, after the trades, before client handover), with the same contact and per-project billing when you need it.

FAQ: construction debris removal on the South Shore
Is concrete, brick and stone too heavy for you to take?
We take it in reasonable amounts. Concrete, brick and stone are very dense: a small pile quickly weighs several hundred pounds and hits the truck's payload before it ever fills the volume. For this material, the price factors in weight and disposal fees (the sites charge by the tonne), not just volume, and we confirm it upfront. Send us a photo with a rough idea of the quantity (say a demolished shed or an old patio slab) and we'll tell you right away what we can load in one visit and at what price.
Do I need to bag or pile the debris before you arrive?
No. You can leave it as is, loose in a room, stacked in the garage or out in the yard. The crew picks it up, bags what needs bagging and loads everything by hand. If it's already bagged or grouped, loading goes faster, but it's not required.
Where does the debris go once it's loaded?
We sort it. Clean wood, metal and construction-renovation-demolition (CRD) material go to recovery streams, anything reusable is set aside, and only the true residual is disposed of responsibly. We aim for about 80% diverted from landfill and can show you the disposal receipts.
