Send us photos of the debris piles (or a quick call) and we give you a price in under 2 hours, based on the space it takes in our 10-cubic-yard truck. On pickup day, the crew loads everything by hand, including what's in the basement, upstairs or behind the house, and we sweep the area before we leave. We then sort the wood, metal and construction debris to the right recovery streams, and the leftover residual is disposed of responsibly. On price: light materials (wood, drywall, cardboard, old cabinets) are charged by the space they take in the truck; heavy, dense materials (concrete, brick, tile, plaster) also factor in weight and disposal fees, because the sites charge by the tonne for that material. You get the full amount upfront, no surprises.

FAQ: construction debris removal on the South Shore
Is concrete, brick and stone too heavy for you to take?
Yes. Same grid by volume as everything else, but concrete, brick and stone are dense: one trip is 5 cubic yards, half the truck. Beyond that, we plan a second trip, agreed ahead. A slab still in place that needs breaking is our concrete slab removal page.
Do I need to bag or pile the debris before you arrive?
No. You can leave it as is, loose in a room, stacked in the garage or out in the yard. The crew picks it up, bags what needs bagging and loads everything by hand. If it's already bagged or grouped, loading goes faster, but it's not required.
Where does the debris go once it's loaded?
We sort it. Clean wood, metal and construction-renovation-demolition (CRD) material go to recovery streams, anything reusable is set aside, and only the true residual is disposed of responsibly. We aim for about 80% diverted from landfill and can show you the disposal receipts.
How much does construction debris removal cost on the South Shore?

Truck or dumpster: what is the difference for my debris?
A dumpster you rent for a week, load yourself, permit if it sits on the street, and you pay for the empty space. We come once, load by hand, and you pay only for the fraction of the truck used. For a kitchen, bathroom or basement reno, the truck is almost always cheaper and simpler.
Do you pick up debris the same day?
Often on weekdays. Reply in under 2 hours, same-day pickup when the schedule allows, otherwise within 24 to 48 hours. For a job that moves in stages, we plan the visits ahead so your crew never waits on us.
Do you work with contractors?
