FAQ: garage & shed cleanout on the South Shore
Do you take the paint, propane and gas left in my garage?
Yes. Paint cans, solvents, oils, propane tanks and gas cans are hazardous household waste: we carry them out with everything else and route them to the hazardous-waste depot or recovery set up for it. They never go to the trash or the recycling bin. Tell us when you call so we plan the sorting.
Do you have to demolish the shed, or just empty it?
We do both separately. Shed cleanout covers everything inside: shelves, tools, leftover materials, storage clutter. If you also want the structure torn down afterward, we have a separate shed demolition service. Tell us and we'll schedule the cleanout then the demolition in the same visit when possible.
Do I need to sort or carry things out before you arrive?
No. We go into the garage and shed, carry everything out ourselves (shelving and workbenches included), and sweep the floor before we leave. You just point out anything you're keeping, and we load only what needs to go.
